Do you accept order cancellations?
For physical products, you may cancel your order free of charge usually within the first 2 hours after placing the order. This window may seem very short, but please understand that every time we receive an order, the product is immediately prepared and produced with the help of our automated systems. Once we begin producing your item, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
For physical products, we will refund your purchase or replace the item if it's damaged or defective. If ever you experience this, please send pictures of the damaged product, and we will immediately process the replacement or the refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window after delivery. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and the product must be returned in its original condition. And since we are based in Japan, you may need to send it to a Japan address that we specify in our message communication with you. Please also note that when you return a product, we will release the refund after you have provided us a proof of shipping with a tracking number.
